User Information Collection

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Savvy application and services for iPhone, iPad, Android, and other devices and platforms, hereafter referred to as simply Savvy.

Savvy occasionally needs to collect information for convenience, practicality, or technical requirements. This information includes:

Usage of Collected Information

We use the information you provide to operate Savvy's features and perform our contract to you. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish Savvy's functionality.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive, whether it is to respond to your inquiries, to provide customer support and to supply any products or services you have requested. In addition, if you choose to use Savvy to share content with another person, we will use the recipient's email address or user account information to provide that service, but we will not use that email address for any other purpose. All provided email addresses are not used for any other purpose than the functionality of Savvy and are not shared with outside parties.

The aggregated information we use includes the manner in which articles, videos, or content has been accessed, saved and shared. We may use aggregated information to offer a list of top sites or content, to make recommendations to our users, to report on usage and trends, to improve the products and services that we offer, or to develop new products and services.

When information is used in this or a similar manner, we do not disclose anything that could be used to identify the individuals on whom the information is based.

We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims.

We may disclose your information when we believe it necessary or desirable in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our policies, and/or to protect our rights and property.
